Div overlay plz

I REALLY love this picture:

I would like a div overlay. I would like this picture on the left hand side. I would like just some spots on the right where I can post my comments (look at my myspace profile to see what I'm talking about myspace.com/goddess916) I'd like to have a spot for my info, stuff about me... I know a little about html so if you can just throw that in there somewhere that will look cool I can figure out where to go in and add the details of my hometown and stuff myself. Also I'd like the links for my top 8 friends. No comments, just a place that people can leave comments (comment box). And the links for things like homepage, blog, etc... you can put those wherever you'd like in whatever font. Just kinda make it look cool. I had someone working on this but she couldn't get it up on her page to code it. So if someone could help I'd appreciate it. Oh and if at all possible maybe allow there to be a spot for say a headline that would be on top and aligned with the whole right side. Oh yeah background color BLACK. No need for boxes, just a place to put my comment graphics that best describe me
However you think this would look best is cool too. I'm open for suggestions. I'm not very good at making these. I just know I definitely do NOT want the picture being blocked AT ALL!
